Screening of Bolivia will celebrate its 40 years at the Gran Teatro Nacional

The group Proyección de Bolivia will celebrate its 40 years of creation with a gala concert that will take place at the Grand National Theaterfrom San Borja, on Sunday, March 24 from 5.30 pm

Tickets are on sale at Teleticket. The special show called “Projection of Bolivia, 40 years”, will serve for the group to celebrate this important date with their audience and will be prior to the preparation of the new material that they will be taking on their tours around Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, the United States and several European countries.

Currently, Proyección de Bolivia is made up of Orlando Jiménez (founder and percussionist), Boris Flores (lead vocals), Juan Carlos Rodríguez (first guitar), Ariel Villazón (charango), Juan Gorena (Andean winds) and Ramiro Taborga (second guitar).

Projection of Bolivia has not lost its style and quality, which has led it to travel the world with its own voice, visiting countries such as the United States, Canada, all of Europe and Latin America on constant tours.

His most recognized songs, such as “Secreto amor”, “Paloma del alma mia”, “Tu abandonment”, “No vuelvo a amar” or “Aquella noche”, have been awarded awards and gold and platinum records globally.

There are few groups that maintain the traditional essence of Bolivian music. Projection of Bolivia celebrates 40 years in the world of Andean music after its first members trained at the Kjarkas school.

This is how Proyección Kjarkas was born in 1980 and, two albums and four years later, they consolidated themselves as Proyección de Bolivia.
