BTS is closing the year in the best way and although its members are enjoying a rest period, the South Korean group continues to add records in 2021. This time, it is the last collaboration of Suga and Juice WRLD, which has obtained an extraordinary achievement.

“Girl of My Dreams” is Min Yoongi and Juice WRLD’s recent collaboration, officially released on December 10th. The song is part of the posthumous album Fighting demons, but why is this success causing the talk?

This December 20, Billboard announced that the collaboration on “Girl of My Dreams” had debuted at # 1 on their digital song sales chart (their weekly ranking of the best-selling songs in the United States).

This new achievement makes Suga the first Korean soloist to obtain this mark. Only PSY’s 2012 smash hit “Gangnam Style” has topped the list, but it didn’t initially come in at No. 1.

Additionally, “Girl of My Dreams” also debuted at number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100. Another great news for ARMY.

Suga and Juice WRLD’s “Girl of My Dreams” is the artist’s first song to top the digital sales chart. Both previously took No. 2 (Suga with “Daechwita,” released under the name Agust D, and Juice WRLD’s “Come & Go” with Marshmello).

This success was immediately greeted with enthusiasm by BTS fans, who soon made Suga’s new achievement trending on social media. These were some of his reactions on Twitter.
