New rape complaint filed against Chris Brown

Cases are linked and look alike for Chris Brown, again accused of rape. This time, the facts allegedly occurred on December 30, 2020. The complainant – who wishes to remain anonymous and works as a choreographer, dancer, model and musician – claims to have been invited by a friend to join him when he was was with Chris Brown on a yacht moored at one of P. Diddy’s properties.

She explains in her complaint, obtained by TMZ, Rolling Stone and Pitchfork, that Chris Brown spoke to her on the phone to say he had “listened to her music” and therefore wanted to meet her in person “at P. Diddy’s property on Star Island. [
Miami] as soon as possible “. Upon arriving, everything was going well, until the moment when she accepted the glass offered to her by the interpreter of Say Goodbye.

A repeating pattern

She explains that she felt “disoriented”, before how to “fall out of sleep”. It was then that Chris Brown would have led her into a room, the door of which he locked. He then allegedly undressed her and kissed her as she told him to stop. She claims to have then been raped and that, “after having ejaculated inside her”, he said: “I’m done”. She added to the file a message from the singer asking her to “take the morning after pill”.

Lawyers Ariel E. Mitchell and George Vrabeck, who are claiming $20 million in damages from the rapper, explain that their client did not file a complaint earlier because she was “ashamed”. P. Diddy, who worked with Chris Brown, notably on the single Dirty Money, did not comment. The accused, for his part, evoked “a pattern” of lies that recurs “every time I release new music or a project”, in an Instagram Story.

Chris Brown has been accused and convicted many times for various crimes committed against women. He was notably convicted of assaulting Rihanna in 2009. He has not been allowed to approach his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, since 2017, when she obtained an injunction after acts of violence, threats of death and harassment. He settled out of court a 2018 rape charge in California and was cited in a 2019 rape complaint in Paris.
