John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are selling their New York penthouse for $18 million

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have decided to separate from their magnificent New York duplex located in the Nolita district. They are asking $18 million for this property located in a beautiful red brick building and consisting of two apartments purchased separately between 2018 and 2020 for a total of $16.72 million as revealed by Dirt.

Together, the two apartments offer 575 square meters of surface area with six bedrooms and as many bathrooms, knowing that the two floors are distinguished by vast, very bright volumes and more than generous ceiling heights. Finally, the icing on the cake, the upper apartment gives access to a beautiful 80 square meter rooftop, a very popular luxury in New York.

Change of plan

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen had big plans for this duplex that they didn’t really have time to renovate and the unification of the two units is not complete. Indeed, the singer and the star of the networks preferred to change their tune when they realized that they were going to spend most of their time on the American west coast.

So it made more sense to focus their real estate and renovation efforts on their Los Angeles assets.
