Preparation:
For the spaghetti: In a pot with water, add salt to taste and a bay leaf. Wait until it boils to add the spaghetti. Let boil for 15 minutes.
For the sauce: First of all, season the chicken and leave in reserve. Meanwhile, fry onion, garlic, yellow pepper, carrot, tomato, achiote, tomato sauce. Integrate and blend with a little water and reserve.

Seal the chicken for a few minutes and then mix with the smoothie. Add water, rectify the salt. Add mushrooms and bay leaf. Let boil for 25 minutes over low heat. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti.
When serving, you can accompany the huancaÃna with dad to have a more Peruvian and delicious version.
