The La Cabrera restaurant not only has a commitment to its gastronomic proposal, but also to its social responsibility, which is why they announced an action to be a more inclusive space:
The establishment specialized in meat presented its braille menu, a system that will allow people with visual disabilities to consult the dishes and prices as all diners do.

“Being inclusive is a deep commitment to being better as a company and as a society. We firmly believe that haute cuisine should be available to everyone, regardless of circumstances. The braille letter represents a fundamental step towards achieving this objective,” explained Diego Vizcarra, Manager of La Cabrera Perú, in a press release about the initiative.

La Cabrera was born in Argentina, as a grill space, and currently has 25 franchises around the world: in Mexico, the Philippines, Colombia, the United States, Spain and Peru.
