Hydrate the soy fillets in broth for 20 minutes and in the last 5 minutes, take advantage of the steam to cook the broccoli. Set aside and let the soy fillets cool.

In a bowl, mix the silao, water, garlic and kion powder, apple cider vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Adjust seasoning because some sillao are saltier than others.
