Tacu-tacu receta

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups canary bean
  • 120 gtocino of minced loin
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup ground yellow chili
  • 1/2 cda. Orégano seco
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 6 silk plane trees
  • 6 fried eggs
  • salt and pepper

preparation:

Soak the beans from the day before in a container with cold water. Drain them and put them in a pot, along with the bacon, and cover with water. Bring to medium heat and cook for an hour. Stir with a wooden spoon and remove from heat. Let cool. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the onion, garlic, and yellow pepper for 10 minutes. Season with the oregano, salt and pepper. Mix. Add the beans, stir and remove from the heat. Add the rice and mix. In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the rest of the oil. Add two cups of the mixture and brown for eight minutes. Flip and cook for five more minutes. Retrie from the skillet and repeat the same process for six servings. Serve the tacu tacu with the plantains and fried eggs.
