Homemade burger recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • salt, pepper and cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef
  • 4 slices of edam cheese

PREPARATION

Cut the bacon slices in half and brown them in a skillet. In a bowl mix the meat, an egg, the onion, the bread, the milk and the parsley. Season with a pinch of cumin, salt, and pepper. Form four patties. Remove the bacon and, in the same pan, pour a tablespoon of oil and fry the hamburgers. On each hamburger place a slice of cheese. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, fry four eggs in the remaining oil. Finally, arrange a fried egg and crispy bacon on top of each cheeseburger. Serve hot.
