The Peruvian delegation continues giving triumphs to the country in the Bolivarian Games that are held in Valledupar (Colombia). The day of this Sunday has started very productive, as the national representatives won two gold medals.
In that sense, María Alejandra de Osma won the gold medal in the women’s slalom event. For his part, Hugo del Castillo won the men’s individual poomsae competition (taekwondo).

In this way, the national delegation already has 26 gold medals and is in third place in the medal table of these Bolivarian Games that will end on July 5.

The other gold medals in Peru
The national team stood out in badminton because it came in first place in men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed, mixed teams and women’s singles to get five gold medals. In fencing with the triumph of Lucas Lutar. In addition, Ana Méndez topped the podium in artistic gymnastics asymmetric bars and individual. In that same discipline, Edward Gonzáles triumphed in jumping.
