A double from Juan Gauto and two goals from Valentín Carboni and Ignacio Maestro Puch sealed the display of the squad directed by Javier Mascherano.
The Argentines did not give margin today to the pupils directed by the Cuban Walter Benítez.
The Albiceleste youth team will have their second friendly on the same stage against Japan next Monday, while the Dominicans will face Ecuador on Sunday.
Argentina will move to Santiago del Estero to debut on May 20 with Uzbekistan in Group A that will be played almost entirely at the Madre de Ciudades stadium, in a zone completed by Guatemala and New Zealand.
The Dominican Republic team has been matched in Group D with those of Nigeria, Brazil and Italy. His first commitment in the World Cup will be on May 21 with the Africans at the Malvinas Argentinas stadium in Mendoza.
The U20 World Cup will be held from May 20 to June 11 in Santiago del Estero, Mendoza, San Juan and La Plata.
