Abreu on Alianza Lima: “When you don’t have favors abroad, it will cost a lot” | VIDEO

A controversial penalty against and one in favor of César Vallejo not penalized caused the annoyance of Sebastian Abreu, coach of the Trujillo team, who raised his voice in protest after facing Alianza Lima in Matute. Once the match was over, the Uruguayan criticized the arbitration through a heated press conference and later extended himself in an interview, where he was more direct and claimed alleged help for ‘intimates’.

I see that we are stuck in the 90s, the big one is pressing, it is in Lima, within the Federation, there are the conflicts on TV, we are happy with Alianza and the big ones are on top”, indicated the former player of the Uruguayan team in the Mano a mano program.

Then in his style, with a touch of irony, he pointed out the following: “If I had Alianza I also take advantage, I get 15 points and I’m champion. Later when I play internationally that I don’t have those favors is going to cost me a lot”.

“There is a football rhythm that we have to try to raise to a crazy levell”, added the popular ‘Loco’ Abreu, still uncomfortable after his team’s loss last Thursday in Matute for the Liga 1 Opening Tournament.

With Abreu on the bench, César Vallejo visits Cienciano this Sunday in Cusco in a pending match for the second day of the League 1 tournament.
