Manchester United superstar Marcus Rashford has responded to the ‘malicious rumours’ surrounding his future at the club.

The striker had a poor start to the season and has only scored one goal in fourteen appearances this season.

That’s a far cry from the form that made him United’s player of the year last season, when he scored 30 goals in all competitions.

Rashford signed a new five-year contract in the summer, making him one of the club’s top earners.

He then missed the 1-0 win against Fulham with a dead leg, although there were reports that he was dropped before the match.

YouTube channel United We Stand uploaded a video discussing Rashford’s future with the caption: “Rashford’s future in doubt?!”

But in response to the video on X, Rashford urged her to stop spreading baseless rumors.

“Please stop spreading malicious rumours,” Rashford wrote.

Rashford could return to the starting XI against FC Copenhagen on Wednesday.

The striker failed a late fitness test on Saturday morning and missed the match against Fulham with a dead leg.
