The midfielder of the peruvian team Under 20, Bassco Soyervalued the victory of the red and white team this Tuesday against its counterpart from Costa Rica in a preparatory friendly.
The duel was played at the Videna facilities and the 17-year-old player, who belongs to Alianza Lima, was a starter for the team led by José ‘Chemo’ del Solar.
“We have played our first international match very well, it is a good start for the challenge that we all have to go to the World Cup in the category,” Soyer said in statements to the press.
“By training together every day, we are going to find automatisms, we all have the challenge of going to the world championship for the first time,” he added.
Along these lines, he was very motivated in this beginning of the process that is expected to culminate with a calcification to the World Cup of the category.
“It is very important that the South American Championship is played in Arequipa, we are going there finishing the Reserve Tournament and League 1 to acclimatize and make history,” he said.
