Meta will launch the next generation of its Quest riflescopes in late 2023

Goal has announced that it plans to launch the next generation of the viewer quest in late 2023, just one day after its last mixed reality headset, Meta Quest Prowent on sale worldwide.

The company has announced this release during the presentation of the economic results belonging to the third quarter of the year, which have fallen by 52.2% of the result recorded by the multinational in the same period of 2021.

In this meeting, the CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, commented that the company’s revenues totaled 84,444 million dollars until September, which is 0.2% more than last year.

However, the costs and expenses of the owner of social networks such as Facebook and Instagram increased by 23.6% in the period recorded, to 61,899 million dollars.

The manufacturer has indicated that, looking ahead to next year, it expects the growth of revenue costs to acceleratedriven by expenses related to infrastructure and, “to a lesser extent, Reality Labs hardware costs”as pointed out in a letter.

Meta has acknowledged that these costs will be driven by the launch of the next generation of Quest headsets, which will be produced “at the end of next year”as he has commented, without adding a specific date.

The company announced the launch of its new Meta Quest Pro mixed reality headset, which is equipped with high-resolution LCD screens and an eye tracking and facial expressions system.
