How to make a form in Google Forms? We explain step by step

1. Sign in to your Google account and open Google Forms. You can do this from the Google Apps dropdown in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Then click the “Create Blank Form” button or select a form template.

3. Give your form a title in the “Form Title” text box. This title will be displayed on the front page of the form and also in the emails you send.

4. Then add questions to your form. You can select different types of questions, such as multiple choice questions, short answer questions, picture choice questions, rating questions, rating scale questions, and date and time questions.

5. Customize the questions and answer options to suit your needs. For example, you can make certain questions required or add a description or instructions for each question.
