Robotaxis in San Francisco: autonomous vehicles would have been used for sexual encounters

According to a Business Insider report, Cruise has a fleet of 300 vehicles at night and 100 during the day, and Waymo has a fleet of 250 robotaxis. However, some reports have indicated that they are not only being used for passenger transport.

For this, The San Francisco Standard has been quoted, which spoke with four anonymous users who confessed to having had sexual relations in one of Cruise’s robotaxis in recent months.

Is it a situation that could get out of control? The Business Insider report points out that a 2018 study, conducted by Scott Cohen and Debbie Hopkins in the Annals of Tourism Research magazine, had anticipated that something like this could happen.
