For his part, the head of the regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, has posted a video on Facebook showing the extent of the damage caused by the attack.

“In the city center, hospital, maternity ward and care, all this has been destroyed in a Russian air strike in Mariupol. Right now. The Russian pilot, who probably doesn’t hesitate to call himself a man, pressed the button again, knowing exactly where the bomb would fly,” he wrote on Facebook.
