The authorities of New Lionin Mexicoreported that the body found in a scrub area in the municipality of Juárez showed more than three weeks of “evolution” (decomposition) and that it is in the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo), where tests are performed to determine the causes of death and genetic tests to find out if it is Yolanda Martínez Cadena, the young woman who has been missing since March 31.

The prosecutor in matters of femicide said that the clothing of the corpse that coincides with Yolanda’s report is a black striped blouse, blue jean pants, black sneakers and a black bag.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office New Lionin the state there have been 56 violent deaths, of which 14 were classified as intentional homicides and 42 continue under the line of investigation of femicides.

Yolanda Martinez Cadena, 26 years old, disappeared on March 31.
On Sunday afternoon, the decomposing body of a woman was located in a scrub area in the municipality of Juárez, Nuevo León.
The State Attorney General’s Office reported that a woman who collected firewood in the mountains made the discovery, about a hundred meters from Hortelanos street, near the road to San Mateo, in the Los Huertos neighborhood, and immediately called the number 911 to notify the authorities of the incident.
The body was located about 11 kilometers from the site where it was last seen, even according to the young woman’s relatives, it is very dangerous, because subjects in a car harass the women and they were afraid that they had “picked her up”, since they had information that they had seen her going up Calle Francia 86, towards the foot of the Cerro de la Silla, but she did not arrive at the house of friends that she would have gone to visit.
Yolanda Martínez’s father hospitalized
