Russia launches attack on nine regions of Ukraine with kamikaze drones, rocket launchers and heavy artillery

Russia launched attacks in nine regions of Ukraine in the last 24 hours, some with kamikaze drones, multiple rocket launchers, missiles and heavy artillery, according to the latest part of the regional military administrations, collected by the Ukrinform agency.

Russian troops this morning launched kamikaze drone attacks on a critical infrastructure facility in the Makarov community in the kyiv region.

In the Sumy region, the Russian army fired fifteen shells from self-propelled artillery systems at Myropil in the morning.

Twelve shellings were recorded in the region on Wednesday, with more than a hundred hits among the communities of Miropolis, Seredino-Budska, Khotynska, Shalyhinska and Bilopilska, with no reported casualties.

Russian troops again shelled the Nikopol district, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, with Grad multiple rocket launchers and heavy artillery throughout the night, with one person hospitalized in serious condition and damage to several civilian buildings.

In the Kharkiv region, invaders on Wednesday shelled settlements near the border with Russia and to the line of contact: the districts of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv, Kharkov, Kupyansk and Bohodukhiv came under fire from Russian troops and two people had to be hospitalized.

The bomb squads continue demining the region and in a single day they deactivated 688 artifacts.

In the Lugansk region, the artillery of the Ukrainian armed forces attacked 32 Russian military positions last day and the impact on more than 25 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment and on seven Russian anti-aircraft missile systems was confirmed.

In addition, the Ukrainian air defense units they shot down four helicopters and 26 drones of the Russian army.

In the last 24 hours, Ukrainian missile and artillery troops attacked six checkpoints, seven assembly areas for personnel, weapons and military equipment, and four ammunition depots of Russian forces, in addition to hitting Russian artillery positions, one electronic warfare station and other military objectives.

Ukrainian troops repelled Russian army attacks in Bakhmutske, Ozaryanivka, Ivangrad, Bakhmut and Maryinka areas.

During the assault actions, Russian troops launched 16 artillery strikes and one missile against Ukrainian positions in the Luhansk region.

In the Donetsk region, Russian troops carried out isolated shelling at night near Soledar, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutske, Paraskoviyivka, the community of Toretsk and Avdiivka.

Shelling continued throughout the night on the defense line around Avdiivka and in the morning, fighting intensified near the settlements of Opytne, Nevelske, Vodyane and Pervomayske.

In the last 24 hours, seven civilians were killed and thirteen others were injured in the Donetsk region.

In the Odessa region, the Ukrainian forces they shot down four Shahed-136 kamikaze drones last night.

In the Mykolaiv region, bombarded by Russian troops overnight with eight S-300 missiles, Ukrainian forces shot down two Shahed-136 drones.

Several civilian infrastructures were hit, and according to preliminary reports, two people were injured, including an eleven-year-old boy.

A missile hit the building of the State Emergency Situations Service in Ukraine and left a man dead, and another rocket hit a boathouse, entombing an employee, while others fell in the open.

Since dawn, two villages in the Shevchenko community have been under fire from Russian troops, while in the last 24 hours the communities of Berezguvata and Ingul have also been bombed, with no reported casualties.

In the Kherson region, the liberated settlements again came under fire from Russian troops who tried unsuccessfully to attack the positions of the Ukrainian defense forces near Ishchanka.

In the Beryslav district, Ukrainian aircraft attacked areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and equipment of the Russian troops, which lost an ammunition depot near Dudchany, a command post and a communications center near Sujanove.
