Mexico: Due to lack of medical attention, a minor gives birth on a sidewalk outside a hospital in Tapachula

A woman gave birth this morning, on a sidewalk at the General Hospital of Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexicopresumably due to lack of attention from doctors and nurses.

The woman youngershe arrived with relatives in labor, but presumably they did not attend her, so she had to wait in the sidewalkas seen in a video.

But from one moment to the next, the young woman gave birth, so she was helped by relatives and people who were in the area.

The child was placed in a cardboard, where people hung a sheet and a curtain.

After giving birth, hospital staff asked the young woman to enter.

The Ministry of Health will issue a statement on this fact.

The Secretary of Health, Jose Cruz Castellanosmade a public recognition to doctors and nurses of the General Hospital of Tapachula, for their tireless work in favor of people who need care.
