It is a well-known fact that King Charles owns many crowns, but a German recently decided that the British monarch is missing a copy of Burger King in his collection.
A member of a Berlin mafia tried to hand over a cardboard crown to the royal family during a walk on Wednesday.
With a huge grin on his face, the man told Charles, “It’s yours if you want it.”
But the gesture proved disappointing for His Majesty, who is weeks away from his actual coronation, where his crown will be made of 22-karat gold.

He smiled broadly and politely replied, “I’m fine,” before moving on to greet others in the throng of well-wishers.
The Burger King crown he turned down was apparently not the only one in attendance, as several other people wore them during the royal visit.
The king was “firmly convinced” that the bond between Britain and Germany would “only grow stronger” during his first state visit.
On a historic day on Wednesday, he and his wife Camilla, the Queen Consort, were given an official welcome in front of Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate – a symbol of peace and unity.
It is the first time the venue has been used to greet a foreign head of state.
In his government’s first state banquet speech, Karl praised the German people for taking in more than a million Ukrainian refugees during the Russian war.
“We stand side by side in protecting and promoting our shared democratic values,” he said.
“This is so clearly embodied today as we stand with Ukraine to defend freedom and sovereignty in the face of unprovoked aggression.”

He spoke German and also made his audience laugh with a reference to the wildly popular British comedy sketch “Dinner for One” in Germany.
It is about an elderly aristocrat who dines alone as her waiter becomes increasingly drunk as she drinks alcohol that is poured for her missing guests.
“It’s great to have such a large company tonight and it’s nice of you all not to leave me alone for a dinner for one,” Charles told the audience.
Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier thanked the king for the “personal gesture” of choosing his country as the destination for the monarch’s inaugural visit.
He also praised the king’s green “beliefs” at an event promoting Britain and Germany’s climate and sustainability efforts.
It follows the reveal of the king’s first photo since he took the throne – which came with a subtle nod to his climate activism.
