Fico Gutiérrez and Alejandro Char win the mayorships of Medellín and Barranquilla without surprises

Right-wing candidates Federico Gutiérrez and Alejandro Char will once again be mayors of Medellín and Barranquilla, respectively, after winning without surprises and with a wide advantage in this Sunday’s regional and local elections in Colombia.
