The police of BombayIndia’s financial capital has opened a criminal investigation following the collapse of a large billboard at a gas station that killed 14 people, media reported on Tuesday.
Local authorities confirmed on Tuesday the death of 14 people and 75 injuredwhile rescue operations are still ongoing.

“Currently, medical care is being provided to 44 injured and 31 have already left the hospital“, indicated the municipality of the city in X.
“Unfortunately, 14 people died in the accident”, he added.

“We cannot use equipment in case of fire or other risks (…) so we use huge cranes to clear the rubble”he indicated.
