Bogotá, the Venezuelan opposition and human rights organizations denounce the presence in the area of ​​dissidents from the dissolved FARC guerrilla (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) and members of the ELN (National Liberation Army), with the complicity of Venezuelan authorities, what Caracas denies.
