Grande is part of the new version of ‘Wicked’, directed by Jon M. Chu, scheduled to be released at the end of 2024 and whose filming was affected by the Hollywood actors’ strike (July 14 to November 9) .

In M. Chu’s film, which is divided into two parts, Grande will play the good witch of the Wizard of Oz, Glinda, while Cynthia Erivo will play the witch Elphaba.
