This action by the artist was shared by some attendees of her concerts in the state of Missouri, who photographed the preventive package that the singer offered, which consisted of two boxes of emergency contraceptive pills (postday), cards with information about abortion, condoms and advertising material.
On the other hand, the singer announced that she founded her own charity organization that aims to help girls, adolescents and women access reproductive health, as well as in the prevention of gender violence.
The foundation is called Fund 4 Good, This initiative by Rodrigo is announced in the midst of the bans and restrictions on abortion that were announced in 21 states in the United States. In this way, the pop star also revealed that part of her profits, coming from tickets to her concerts, will be allocated to the foundation.
In turn, on social networks, several fans of the artist celebrated Olivia’s actions, highlighting the commitment she claimed to have towards the reproductive rights of women in her country.
The singer partnered with the National Network of Abortion Funds, who will have a space in the venues where Rodrigo will perform (46 cities in the United States), to share information about safe abortion and give away emergency kits.
