Sweet potato with rosemary: a recipe with few ingredients and many benefits for your health

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes to the size you prefer. Pour them into a mold that can go in the oven and add the oil, salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Integrate everything well and cover the mold with aluminum foil. Take this preparation to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes. You keep it for 15 minutes with the aluminum foil and the remaining 10 minutes without the foil. At 25 minutes, check that the sweet potato is cooked through and remove it from the oven.

One tip:

The sweet potato can last you more than a month if you keep it in a cool and ventilated place; but be very careful: that it is not exposed to humidity, because it accelerates its deterioration.
