Hello! I share with you a recipe for apple keke, with olive oil and yogurt. I hope your little ones enjoy it as much as my daughters. There is nothing tastier than a homemade keke.

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Pour the yogurt, olive oil, eggs and sugar into a bowl and beat for a few minutes. Then add the flour (sifted), the ground walnuts and the vanilla and incorporate the ingredients well with the help of a spatula. Finally add the apples and mix so that they are throughout the dough. Then pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 50 minutes or until it has a nice golden color. If you use a stick to test the dough, it may come out dry.
If you wish, you can prepare the dough in individual cupcake molds, or divide the recipe into two medium-sized molds. It depends on the size of mold you use, the time will vary.
Note: My daughters like to put grated chestnuts on top, before baking the keke, to decorate.
They have fun grating, talking and eating while I prepare the keke.
