Eduard Philipp will take part in EELV Summer Days

This is a poster that will probably get people talking. Édouard Philippe will take part in the Summer Days of Ecologists (JDE), which will be held from 24 to 26 August in… Le Havre (Seine-Maritime), of which he is mayor. If the theme and format have not yet been determined, then, according to our information, the principle of the speech of the former host Matignon has been fixed. This participation will take place a few days before the release of the forthcoming test and before the parliamentary days of his Horizons movement in Angers (Maine-et-Loire).

Édouard Philippe will no doubt not be the only figure from another political family to take part in the debates and roundtables. Indeed, environmentalists want to supplement their program with external guests this year.

Similar to what the insumi do with their “amphises”, the summer universities in Valence. Several personalities made the trip last year, such as ministers Olivia Grégoire, Marlene Schiappa, Clément Bon or, on the PL side, Rashida Dati. The latter even caused some tension among the militants of Insumis, some of whom did not hesitate to travel several hundred kilometers to witness the “fight” with the LFI deputy Hugo Bernalicis.

In 2020, environmentalists have already achieved a similar upheaval by organizing a debate during their summer universities between Julien Bayou, then number one, and Eric Dupont-Moretti, Minister of Justice.

Eduard Philip, an excellent swordsman, promises environmentalists a heated debate in search of confirmation. Especially since the mayor of Le Havre recently stepped up his speech on immigration in an interview with L’Express, contrary to the positions advocated by environmentalists. In it, he condemns the “immigration fait accompli” and recommends, in particular, a revision of the 1968 agreement that eases the conditions for the entry and stay of Algerian citizens in France. Enough to promise a live game.
