FFF: Aline Riera, Comex member, accuses Noel Le Grae of inappropriate behavior towards her and Corinne Deacon.

Hardly a day goes by without new testimony condemning Noël Le Graet’s behavior. Former international consultant for Canal+ and member of the Comex FFF, Aline Riera is the voice of French football. According to L’Équipe, a companion of Franck Ravio, the goalkeeping coach of France, told at the end of the last Comex, on January 19, several episodes when the French football boss backed down would behave badly.

She first explained that he had “heavy words” in the past, “repeating inappropriate words” such as “my love” or others. She then spoke about what happened during the last federal assembly on 7 January to Corinne Deacon, coach of the French women’s team.

Crossing Le Grae, she would offer him a kiss. But he would say, “I would rather you put your lips on me. Aline Riera also explained that she had heard inappropriate words from Le Grae several times in the past after meetings at FFF.

The team contacted Aline Riera, Corinne Deacon and Noel Le Grae, who declined to comment.

“You put me in and now you put Corinne in a bad position”

The problem is that Aline Riera did not want her words to be heard during the meeting. Which finally happened, since Noel Le Grae had to be informed. He then immediately called her to accuse her of leaving. On the evening of January 19, she sent an email to the Comex member, which the team also received.

“As I feared when I shared my feelings with you during the comex this afternoon, my comments were passed on to the NLG and sadly misrepresented,” she writes. The president just called me to give a few (sic) details after my speech about his behavior towards me and Corinne, who was just an example. It is clear that some in this group are not worthy of my trust. You put me in and you put Corinne in a bad position right now. So I’m just going to listen now and especially refrain from commenting. I ask Emily not to decipher my words this morning in the clip. You act like I didn’t tell you anything because my words are disturbing. And I’m going to think about the rest of my term on this team, because it wasn’t my idea of a cohesive team. I probably don’t have enough experience in this environment to protect myself against this behavior. Thanks for reading me. »

Florence Hardouin also denounced “sexual and moral harassment”.

Twenty-four times after remarks by a former NLG agri-food group employee published in Presse-Océan, spokeswoman Florence Hardouin, suspended as FFF CEO, assured this Friday in Le Monde columns that the leader is also a victim of Breton’s actions.

Florence Hardouin, called in late February by the FFF for a pre-possible dismissal interview for serious misconduct, is currently on sick leave. “Ms. Hardouin’s dismissal comes forty-eight hours after she told several people about the acts of sexual and moral harassment she was subjected to by Mr. Le Grae,” says Dominique Rouch, a spokesman for the CEO. She never spoke about what she suffered for several years in order to protect the institution, her family and her position. »

Last October, Le Monde already reported that Florence Hardouin reported receiving inappropriate text messages from Noel Le Grae. Then, in 2016, she would have made it clear that she intends to leave them in order to use them against the president if necessary.
