French streamer Arkunir caused a stir on Twitter this Monday by beating Elon Musk on his home turf, reports HuffPost. The new CEO of the firm with the blue bird has been talking a lot about him lately, after his often controversial decisions on the future of the social network.
On Monday, Elon Musk posted a tweet where he boasted: “What do you call someone who is a master of provocation? “. To which Arkunir found an excellent answer: “I don’t know, but call it ratio”.

An ignored joke
On Twitter, making a ratio consists of gaining more likes in your reply to a tweet than the original received. Successful bet for the cheeky, which unleashed the enthusiasm of Internet users in just a few tens of minutes, obtaining 83,400 likes… against 82,400 for the original message of Elon Musk, according to RTL. In the process, the leader of Twitter deleted his post, which earned him the arkunir’s mockery : “The richest man on the planet had the nerves of an unemployed 20-year-old the ratio on Twitter and therefore deleted a tweet, so there, it’s extraordinary what is happening”.
The next day, Arkunir decided to play the same trick on Elon Musk. In response to his tweet “Twitter is the worst! But also the best”, the young Frenchman retorted: “Where are you going? Take a ratio and don’t delete this time”. Once again, Internet users liked Arkunir’s message en masse, thus congratulating his cheekiness.
Renowned on Twitch, Arkunir had already been talked about in July 2021 after asking Emmanuel Macron to respond to one of his tweets. He challenged himself to go around the world live… on Google Street View.
