Arrived as a baby in Calvados, Sergey, a Franco-Ukrainian of twenty, wondered as soon as Russia invaded Ukraine how he could help his people. A supporter of the SM Caen football team, he then decided to collect donations from users of the Malherbe stadium.

And his action was crowned with success since the supporters generously offered “foodstuffs, medical equipment, hygienic products, warm clothes”, rejoices Sergey. The young man also went out of his way to allow Viktor, a young Ukrainian refugee who is a football fan, to attend the SM Caen – Toulouse FC match as a VIP! A player even offered him his jersey.
“I hope to be able to organize other events of this kind,” underlines Sergey. To regularly promote our association for this cause, of course, but above all for security and peace in the world”.
