NATO “strongly” condemns the launch of the North Korean spy satellite

The secretary general of NATO, Jens Stoltenbergthis Wednesday “firmly” condemned the launch of the first North Korean spy satellite and added that Pyongyang “You must put an end to your reckless behavior.”

“I strongly condemn the launch of a military satellite by Democratic People’s Republic of Korea using ballistic missile technology in violation of multiple U.S. resolutions United Nations Security Councildeclared the Norwegian politician in a statement.

He added that the launch “increases tensions and poses a serious risk to regional and international security.”

The statement by the allied secretary general comes after North Korea announced this Wednesday that it has placed its first spy satellite, called “Malligyong-1″.
