US F-15 Fighter Jets Land in Poland Amid Ukraine Tension

F-15 aircraft U.S landed Thursday at an air base in Polandsaid the Polish Defense Minister, while NATO reinforces the military presence on its eastern flank amid tensions over a clash between Ukraine Y Russia.

The planes arrived as more US and British troops were deployed in Polandand British Prime Minister Boris Johnson also visited the country in a show of solidarity.

“Today, US F15 fighters have arrived at Lask Air Base, they will support the eastern flank as part of the NATO Air Policing mission”Mariusz Blaszczak wrote on Twitter.

British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said on Thursday that London could send more troops to help allies in Eastern Europe if needed, after announcing the deployment of 350 troops to Poland on Monday.
