WHEN DOES THE PRELIMINARY PHASE OF THE 2024 SOUTH AMERICAN CUP START?
Phase 1 or Preliminary Phase of the Copa Sudamericana is scheduled to take place the week of March 6, 2024. In this stage, 32 teams will face each other, Bolivia (4), Chile (4), Colombia (4), Ecuador ( 4), Paraguay (4), Peru (4), Uruguay (4) and Venezuela (4), in single matches (the duels will be between clubs from the same countries), where in the end there will be 16 left. Let us remember that Brazil (6) and Argentina (6) qualify directly to the group stage.
